G’day Mates
As I come to the end of week 4 I find myself thinking “how has it only been a month?” I feel like I have been here for longer but it also doesn’t feel like enough time. For the last two weeks I have been exploring more and checking out the area. I have gone to different areas of the city. I also went out to Moreton Island with the group and we went snorkelling around an old ship wreck. It was beautiful! Another thing I got up to was going on an adventure around a surrounding area. We got to see a rainforest, the outback’s, we saw where the city gets its water, and what’s is called the Glass House Mountains. The views we saw were amazing.
The schools have been on a two week vacation. Next week though will be my first time going into a school, I am both excited and nervous.
